Stage 1: our initial stage involves a site visit and questionnaire to determine project suitability.

Stage 2: after the first stage, we prepare a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the project and submit our ROI regarding discrepancies in the drawings or to address questions regarding the project.

Stage 3: after submitting our quotation, we offer an open tender review option where we can assist the client in cross-checking other tenders received. This makes sure clients can compare same-SOW tenders accurately. 

When it comes to builders, our company stands out. Our directors are involved in each project and we limit the number of projects we take on each year to ensure we can deliver high quality results to our clients. This is in contrast to larger builders, which may have communication issues and provide a less than satisfactory experience.

The duration of your project’s construction is dependent on its scope, but the estimated build time is indicated in your contract. Furthermore, our client portal enables you to monitor the progress of your individual project schedule and watch your home come to fruition.

Yes, you can draw your own plans, but it’s important to have the right skills to create accurate scale drawings and detailed building specifications. If you’re not confident in your abilities, it’s a good idea to hire a professional to assist with the application process. Also, if you intend to use the plans for getting builders’ estimates or as your contract drawings, it’s recommended to have professional drawings and specifications prepared.
